“I went to the LCC for depression after I lost my mom to cancer & thought I was all alone in life. My counselor pointed out Psalm 38:6. It was describing my depression. My counselor asked me to go through the sin chart in the Heart of the Problem workbook. At the time I didn’t think I had any unforgiveness or anger inside of me, but the counselor asked for me to go home, pray & ask God to reveal what was in my heart. Well to say that I was overwhelmed would be an understatement! For 4 days, anger and unforgiveness toward others came to mind! But to my surprise, the #1 person on both lists was my mother! Now, I am much happier, I have joy in my heart & peace in my life. The Heart of the Problem has brought me closer to God. I will always be thankful to my counselor for being a passage way so God could speak to me & help me!!”
